Bill's Quality ServiceA commitment to quality is implemented through a highly developed in-house training program we call “Total Quality Management” or “TQM”. We developed this program as a result of Bill’s Quality Assurance experience while in the automotive manufacturing industry. The program is patterned after, and quite similar to, the auto industry’s ISO standards.
Our primary goal through our TQM program is to continually improve our service to our valued clients. It involves honest self-assessment of our individual and collective performance, clearly-defined job descriptions, structured procedures and policies and a commitment by our entire team to provide a “Total Car Care” experience to our clients’ complete satisfaction.
We continually engage in self-evaluation of ourselves and our business in an effort to improve our service levels to our clients, reduce waste, improve our efficiency, maintain our technological edge in the industry and continue to enhance our own skills and knowledge.
All of these procedures have been developed to assist us in realizing our goal of providing every client with an “Accurate Diagnosis and Expert Repair”. That is the quality standard against which we measure our overall success.
